Looked at a house today...
...because that is what we do 2 weeks before we have a baby! It's right on the corner of sketchyville and a nice neighborhood...perfect. It's a really cool house...could be going up for a short sale so we might put in a ridiculous low offer...see what happens...they say short sales take awhile...you think they'd consider changing the name...we'll see.

I once new a guy that went to an auction and put a bid in on an old church in downtown St. Louis. The building was nice, but was taken over by the state and was up for auction. His bid. 1 dollar. The winner. Yep! Cool story
