i definitely feel a lack of "teaching" in most churches i've attended. most of the "preaching" can get redundent and i feel like there's so much more that most of us attenders are missing out on in regards to the bible in general and it's message because we aren't "taught" much on what it actually says. instead, we experience more "read and apply to self" type of interaction - which can be good, but there's so much more involved.
