I have thought of you and yours many times. You have to know that The Porch is the only gathering of believers I felt at home in the past 15 years. I miss it. I now live out my faith in relative distance from any group settings. I hear that some students felt a class I taught this past spring was church for them. I did not realize I was giving them a Porch expereince in a classroom. God is so much greater than any of our institutional fumblings. Many times during the Porch services, you would stop the sermon and speak from your heart, those were so powerful, Jeremiah, Elias, Hilary and I still speak of them. Blessings,

I wish you could see Alyssa up close with her big ol' belly. God is so awesome. Thank you so much for spending the time in prayer with us when we were really struggling.
