I had a piece chip off on my macbook...sent it in Monday at 4pm...it was waiting for me when I got to work today (Thursday) at 9:30am. Amazing!

He has like three homes in Redding that he's trying to rent and I think he's willing to negotiate on a descent price. 2 out of the three homes are pretty sweet. Hope all is well
