Zeke lost his first tooth!
Zeke's cousins are in town and they gave him some gum. An hour later he comes over and his tooth is gone.
He had no clue.
I think he swallowed it!
Unbelievable.
I can't believe I have kids that are loosing teeth.
He said something about a dollar from the tooth fairy. I told him the tooth fairy has been hit like everyone else in the economy.
Be happy with a quarter!

From Payton: Good job, Zeke. I'm glad you lost your first tooth. Maybe you'll lose as many as I've lost. I've lost 16!
Travis: Way to go, Zeke!. Your Dad knows where to find your missing tooth. It might take a day or two, but he will find it. Make sure he doesn't try to fool you by showing you a white Tic-Tac instead.
Yay for giving a quarter! We give the kids 50 cents, and they were stoked at first at their "five shiny dimes", but once they heard the word around school about getting a couple bucks per tooth they started wondering... By the way, Payton losing sixteen teeth is debatable.
When Zeke was down, he was laying in bed with Dad and me in the morning and sat up straight and said "I've got to go check my pillow for the tooth fairy to see if I got a dollar." He ran back to his bed and while he was in the other room, Dad quickly pulled a dollar out and put it under my pillow. When Zeke got back he said there wasn't a dollar under his pillow, but we told him the tooth fairy must have been confused and to look under my pillow. He was a happy camper :)
