Weekly weigh in


So last week I ride my bike like crazy every day. This weekend I eat 3 slices of pizza for the first time in forever...get on the scale...lose 2 pounds!
184.4 pounds
Exactly 10 pounds less then what I started at, I'm stoked!
I have no idea how weight loss works. My new theory is lots of pizza!

I'm with ya, if you're serious.. Get the Fit For Life book... Julie was telling me that it's not all about shedding pounds, but more about eating healthy... it's a hard concept but I'm thinking she's right.... haha
